is e waybill is mandatory for hsn no- 0711 which nil rated goods?
if no e-way bill requirements for exempted goods than my question is I m sending goods 100 qty
which is 80 qty is taxable goods & 20 qty is exempted,
exempted goods I m sending through bill of supply
so is it compalsary e waybill for 20qty which is sending in same vehicle

No, e-way bill is only required for the taxable part of contract to transport goods it is not required for 20qth unless such goods are handicrafts or Goods on which job work is done & such goods are transferred to a different state. Bill of supply and quantity specified in consignment is sufficient compliance.
