E waybill bill expired

If your e-way bill expires while your goods are still in transit, you cannot simply extend its validity online. Since the e-invoice has already been generated and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, you will need to generate a new e-way bill with a fresh document. Alternatively, you can issue a credit note against the original invoice and then generate a new invoice with a new e-way bill. For complex situations, consulting a professional is recommended.
