is any notification for that?
No need to Generate Eway for goods specified in Annexure 14 of Rule 138
As per annexure 14 at s.no.70
Rice [other than those put up in unit container and bearing a registered
brand name]
As per Notification 12/2018 CT :
The clause of 50KM.
You can move your goods to Transport Place upto 50 km within state by only filling A part Eway for further delivery.
There is no exemption of distance in Eway.
If the consignment value is more then 50k & being move via motorised coveyance Eway is mandatory
