Dear experts,

Is it mandatory to generate e waybill for the goods sent to ICD (Inland container deposit) for custom clearance for export abroad w.e.f 01.10.2017????

Yes.... till now its mandatory if amount exceeds Rs.50000/-

Dear Rashmiji, Since we raise invoice in favour of overseas buyer in foreign exchange & sent to custom port through C.H.A. for clearance. After custom clearance, the said goods sailed for destination. Let me know to whom e waybill will be issued?

E way bill issues for tansportion propose

it is kind of prood that contains information  of 

goods u write the name on e way bill 

as per ur convience and as per situvation
