E way:material transfer from one place of business to anothe

Do we need to generate e way bill if we are trasferring material within the city/state from one godown to another  on a delivery challan ?

i want to know when e way bill is completely implimented for movement wihtin city/state etc for above 50k

till 30/6/18 there will no Eway bill require for INTERA-STATE, from

1/7/2018 it is compulsory to implement Eway INTERA-STATE by every state

The 50km limit is only for movement of goods to transporter place for further dilvery

let me repharse my question :

 

Will i need E way bill on stock trasfer within delhi from one godown to another after 30th of june.

Yes... From 1st July required E-Way Bill if it's same state as per the Distance and Values.. Also E-Way Bill required for Branch transfers.
