E Way bill- transport on hand Car

Goods transport on Hand Car ie haath gaadi. Value above 50 thousand. With a short distance. Do I have to generate e way bill

No e-way bill is required to be generated where the goods are being transported by a non-motorized conveyance.

Rule 138(14)(b) of the CGST Rules.

If customer has taken himself Then no need to generate E-way bill
If you are transporting it then e-way is mandatory
