E way bill requirement - intra state

Please suggest if the distance is within 10KM & value of invoice exceeding 50000/- & material is delivered by our office delivery boy then there is need to generate E-Way Bill?????????

if value exceeds 50k then mendetory to generate way bill expect some goods whuch notified by govlimit of 50km is for transporter place but in this case mendetory to generate part A 20 km for weight bridge distance not matters if value increase 50k then mendetory

e way bill should be generated for motorized vehicles only. person carring the material with invoice, no need to required. there is no way exempted for generation e way bill for distance 50 km or 10 km, should be generate if material dispatched with vehicle.

non filing of GSTR 4
my client has not filled the GSTR 4 return from January to march 18 now I found that offline facilities are not available now how to file the return and make tax payment pl clarify
