if i m supplying goods to a consumer value rs 60000 within my city approx 7 k.m. will eway bill required in that case?if yes then how can i generate it for ultimate consumer?

If he is taken non-Motorized vehicle then no need...
Otherwise better to prepare E-Way bill using URD sales...

For a mobile shop selling to end customers in radius of 2-3 km ; for mobile phones exceeding > 50 k is it mandatory to make eway bill ?

SEE ,.. PRACTICALLY IT SHOULD NOT BE ... BUT THE LAW SAYS CONSIGNMENT VALUE EXCEEDS 50K & GOODS BEING MOVE VIA MOTORISED CONVEYANCE, EWAY IS MANDATORY

i took it with gst depatment and this is the reply they gave
