E Way bill required within 10 Km

If a invoice value of bill in Rajasthan is Rs.65000/- and the distance between Supplier and Transporter or Receiver are less than 10 Km. ( Intra State transaction)

In this case E way bill is Required to be generate or not because bill value exceeds Rs. 50000/-.

Please clarify me with proper notifications and guidelines.
