e way bill required

in a sell bill exempted sales is 35000 & taxable sales is 25000 . what e way bill is mandatory or not,

Yes E-way is mandatory as the consignment value exceeds 50k, yes if the whole goods /consignment (35000+25000) is exempted then no need to generate eway
