I have to send goods within 1 km distance company. do i need to make e-way bill. product will be delivered by self. so we will not use any transport for that.
total invoice amt is more then 1 lakh

As per Rule 138(14)(b), No e-way bill is required to be generated where the goods are being transported by a non-motorised conveyance.
So, even if you deliver by hand, it will be considered as delivery by non-motorised vehicle and hence no EWB is required to be generated.
