does soft copy of eway bill no is sufficient or physical copy is required any rule regarding this

In my opinion, soft copy is sufficient because of online nature. Any how you can carry hard copy documents If demanded by any officials.
As per Circular 41/15/2018
Transporter shall carry a copy of the e-way bill in physical form or the e-way
bill number in electronic form or mapped to a Radio Frequency Identification Device
