I have generated E way bill with only PART A because my transpoter told me that he will fill PART B. Now there is a message on the bill stating that Your bill is not valid for transportation. What should I do.? And How will my transporter fill PART B? Do I need to give my login credentials to him?

No. Now you have to do is ask for the transporter's GSTIN. And fill it in your eway bill and then your ewaybill will start reflecting on transporter's log in ID now rest he will do
IF CONSIGNMENT VALUE IS MORE THAN IS MORE THAN RS 50,000 SO NEED TO PROVIDE PART B ALSO
A valid eway bill should contain details of transporter and vehicle no. Irrespective of value
