E-way bill is required if value exceeds 50000 in karnataka

Every registered person for movement of goods in relation to a supply or for reasons other than supply or due to inward supply from outside the State or inward supply from un-registered persons, whose value exceeds fifty thousand rupees shall enter the details of such goods in the format, i.e., ‘e-way bill’ appearing in one of the departmental websites, namely, https: / /vat.kar.nic.in https: / /sugam.kar.nic.in https: / /sugam2.kar.nic.in before the movement of goods commences in respect of the following commodities:-

  • Arecanut
  • Automobile parts and accessories thereof of all kinds
  • Bitumen (Asphalt) and Cold Tar
  • Cardamom
  • Cashew
  • Cement
  • Cement Concrete Block and cement bricks of all sizes
  • Chemicals of all kinds
  • Coffee seeds
  • Cotton
  • Dry fruits
  • Edible oil including vanaspathi
  • Electrical goods of all kinds including appliances
  • Electronic goods of all kinds
  • Flooring/wall tiles of all kinds
  • Furniture and parts thereof of all kinds
  • Glass in all forms
  • Granite/Marble blocks, slabs and tiles
  • Hardware of all kinds
  • Hosiery goods
  • Iron & steel
  • Khaini, Cigarettes, Zarda and all Tobacco Products. All kinds of Tobacco other than Raw Tobacco, Pan Masala, Pan Chatnis, Scented Snuffs and Kheemam
  • Lubricant oil including waste oil
  • Machinery of all kinds and parts thereof
  • Non-ferrous metals in all forms
  • Oilseeds including copra
  • Oil Cake of all kinds
  • Ores of all kinds
  • Packing materials of all kinds
  • Paints
  • Paper of all kinds
  • Pepper
  • Plastic Granules/Powders of every descripttion.
  • Plywood, Veneer, Boards including flooring boards and laminated sheets
  • Ready Mix Concrete
  • Readymade garments, clothing accessories and other made up textile articles
  • Rubber
  • Sanitary fittings of every descripttion
  • Scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
  • Tea
  • Timber including Eucalyptus and Casuarina

Thanks for information, please clarify us if buyer is from Karnataka, and delivlery to other state, when we use shipping address box and mentioned other state details with PIN code and State name, the system is calculating IGST is it correct or not. If wrong, then can we use the shipping from other state  and PIN code and State selection is same state.
