e way bill intrastate
Is it manedatory to issue e way bill with in state (intrastate ) if distance is less than 10km and invoice value is more than 50000/- Please clear

Yes it's mandatory,... There is no provision in GST for relaxation of distance in E-way Bill
If the consignment value exceeds 50k & move via Motorized conveyance , the E-way bill is mandatory

E-Way Bill Mandatory for More Than Rs. 50K
Yes, Eway is mandatory if consignment value exceeds 50,0000.
Distance clause is 50 kms now for intra state only
but not applicable in inter state.

The 50km clause for intra-state is a movement of consignment by supplier to Transporter place for further delivery
