e-way Bill generation
In case goods more than ₹50,000 are transferred from one unregistered dealer to another. Is it necessary for transporter to raise an eway bill?

Right now eway bill has been deferred for some time. but yes,it s necessary for transporter...
it will be the duty of transporter to make e way bill.... but applicability of the same has been postponed
