E.way bill for intra state sale

Depends on that particular State ! For Example in West Bengal if the Invoice value exceeds 1 lakh then e_waybill is compulsory.

Please read Rule 138. Simple google search will give State wise EWB threshold limits. 

Exemptions from raising EWB can be viewed in Rule 138(14).

Eway bill within the state limit varies from state to state. In most of the state it is Rs. 1,00,000/-
