Is e way Bill mandatory if consignment value less that 50k but it is interstate sale?

No eway bill only applies if value of supply greater than 50000/-
Eway is mandatory if consignment value is exceeds 50k & being move via motorised vehicle.
Yes if it is send by principal to jobworker (interstate) , Eway bill is mandatory irrespect of value of consignment
