please tell me that e way bill is mandatory for interstate State supply of goods, irrespective of value of supply.

I searched many but nothing is found , so I am confused ,any reference to section or any rule if you have please share.

No, E-way bill is not compulsory if consignment value <50,000 even if it is inter state except in case of Handicrafted goods & Principal to Job worker. (Rule 138)
