E-way Bill Expire

Dear Sir,


We have dispatched a consignment with supporting documents as invoice and e-way bill, but due to vehicle break down and lack of communication with the driver they have not informed us regarding the e-way bill expire.

now what is the solution to dispatch the consignment with an e-way bill, as a new e-way bill we can't make against the same invoice.

please suggest.
