E way bill cancel or not

E-way bill can be cancelled only within the Validity Period.  If it is within the validity period you can cancel it.

I believe the validity of the above has expired since it was generated a month ago

Agree with Vikas, Sorry I felt that the Vehcicle No. was to be updated. 

E-Way bill can be cancelled only within 24 Hours of Generation.
