E way bill cancel or not
I have prepared e-way bill date 16.4.18, some dispute is happen, can we cancelled the bill

E-way bill can be cancelled only within the Validity Period. If it is within the validity period you can cancel it.
I believe the validity of the above has expired since it was generated a month ago
EWB can be cancelled within 24 hours from date & time of generation. Irrespective whether Vehicle No provided in Part B or not.
No u cannot cancel Eway bill now
Can be cancel :
By supplier : Within 24 Hrs.
By receipent : Within 72 Hrs.
so on 16 th you made a eway bill ,..might be cancel by your recepient

Agree with Vikas, Sorry I felt that the Vehcicle No. was to be updated.
E-Way bill can be cancelled only within 24 Hours of Generation.
