Dear sir,
how can we cancel E-way bill, actually our GST tin no. from E-way bill generated by others on 24 sept. valid 7 oct.
i can't cancel E-way bill , this way bill generated wrong as per our invoice.

The person who has generated the e-Way Bill can cancel that e-Way Bill within 24 hours. After this 24 hours the consignor can request the recipient of such consignment to cancel the e-Way Bill within 72 hours. So, By Recepient of Goods e-way bill can be cancelled within 72 hours. But after that You can't cancel e-way bill
So, in your case, it can't be cancelled, now.
