Sourabh every Unregistered GTA is required to get himself enrolled (not registered) on eway bill portal and generate his TransporterID which he will use to give to his service receivers and this ID will be mentioned on eway bill as well.
This is really helpfull but How they can enroll for this in Uttar Pradesh site @ comtax.up.nic.in
No every one is required to register on a common website across the country https://ewaybill.gst.gov.in (from 1st Feb) now a demo version for practice is available at https://ewaybill.nic.in 😇
