Dear Experts,
I have issue bill of 294 qty by mistake,but actual qty send is 194, for 100 i was issue credit note only , is it mandatory to issue e way bill bcoz there is no movement of goods.

In my opinion eway is not required in this case.
E-way bill not required if no movement of goods.
E way bill is not by mistake. there are specific norms.
