E way bill
In maharashtra e waybill limit for intra state is 100000. Suppose my customer name is mr. raju. mr. raju order me goods in morning and i issue invoice but invoice value is 70000 in this position i have not required generate e way bill but same day mr raju order me again in evening than i issue invoice again and this time invoice value is 80000 in that condition both invoice value are not more than 100000 but gross value is more than 100000 in that condition generate eway bill is mandatory for me or not. thanks

Yes... e-way bill is required if it's single consignment / movement.
Not required for intrastate movement of goods. This clubbing provision is however necessary for generating ewaybill for inter-state movement of goods where the value of two or more invoices is 50000 thousand or more.

Raja sir but if consignment is different that condition e way bill is required or not
If different consignment then no need to e-way bill as less than the limit.
