can we prepare clubbed bill of multiple challans to same party. Because we send goods by challans under rs. 50000. and makes clubbed bills of those challans.
I want to know that whether we
require generate e way bill or not.

If you have already send the goods then why you prepare E way bill because it prepare on movement, if you are sending now prepare Eway bill if bill value above Rs. 50k/ Delhi to Delhi 1 lakh, respective states have their own Eway bill criteria but for interstate transactions same criteria.
If goods value is less than 50k* then no eway bill required.
as above mentioned, first we make challans under 50000 and makes bills of clubbed challans
If transferring all at once prepare Eway Bill

First of all you cannot send material on DC ,. There is condition prescribe in Act where material can move on DC . Ie Princilal to Job worker (Vice versa), For Replacement etc
So it advisable raise bill for each challan sleprately
