if purchaser is unregistered and invoice value is more than 50 k then transporter ask for e way bill what to do in this situation???

yes ,URD can also generate Eway , Enroll yourself just providing Aadhar & pan online Eway portal

if purchaser is unregistered then in eway bill where it asks GSTIN of the Buyer enter as URD
it will accept your request and eway bill will be generated

sorry ..... misread your query ,.. yes if recepient is not registered then PUT URP it will accepts & can generate eway

Seller is liable to generate Eway Bill when invoice value more than 50k. Select URD and generate Eway Bill.
