E way bill

minimum value is 50k, .. there is no limit for distance to generate Eway Bill.

Eway bill is mandatory if the consignment value exceeds 50k, & the movement of goods is by Motorised Conveyance

Yes Eway is not mandatory If

If Goods are transported to a weighbridge within 20kms and back to the place of business

If Goods are being transported:
From the port, airport, air cargo complex and land customs station to an inland container depot (ICD) or a container freight station (CFS) for clearance by Customs

If Goods are exempted then No eway Bill
