For INTER STATE SUPPLY, the limit is ₹ 50,000. If your Consignment Value exceeds ₹50,000, then you have to generate E-way Bill. However, for INTRA -STATE Supply, the limit is also ₹ 50,000 ( except WB, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, where limit is ₹ 100,000).
