you don't need to issue e waybill if you send it through transporter. if u send by won truck then make consolided e waybill.

Haanji aap Ko E-way bill Generate karna jururi hai , Kyun ki agar aap ka truck rokha Gaya to officer incharge can impose penalty for ki Aap ney Jaan kar e-way bill naa bananey ke Karan 4 Bill banayey hai , so it's better to not get into such litigation generate the E-way Bill
