e way bill
I have to sold material of below 1 lakh to party in maharastra state to maharastra state,but more than 50 km. so is it necessary to make a e way Bill.

Yes because value more than 50000 ..and e way bill is valid for one day as the distance is up to 100 km ...
I think the limit of consignment value for e-way in Maharashtra is 1lac , & if it so,.. then no eway is required. But if it is 50k,.. then E-way is mandatory as there is no relaxation of distance in Eway
