iam sending goods from Andheri to Bhiwandi (distance more than 10 km)
but invoice value is less than 50000/-
want to know wether e way bill is applicable or not??

E-WAY Bill is applicable only when your Consignment Value exceeds ₹50,000.
Hence you are not liable to prepare E-Way Bill.
And as far as the Kilometer Clause is concerned ( i.e. 10 Km) ,no such clear notification has been till date given by the Government.
Hence, No E-WAY Bill is required in your case.
