if I send goods within 5-7km above 50k
a in tri cycle without motor
b in tri cycle in motorised without any number should I require e-way bill pl reply

If it is moving on Non Motorised then no eway is required

IN B CASE YES U HAVE TO GENERATE E-WAY BILL IF VALUE MORE THAN RS 30,000

In case of A. No E-way bill is required.
In case of B. Eway bill is required.

In case B , You have to generate E-way Bill as your Consignment Value exceeds ₹50,000 and the goods are being transported via Motorised Vehicle...

Shivam sir. There is no registration number for tri cycle, how can you show Part B in Eway bill.
