If it is moving on Non Motorised then no eway is required
IN B CASE YES U HAVE TO GENERATE E-WAY BILL IF VALUE MORE THAN RS 30,000

In case of B. Eway bill is required.

then what should we write in transport detail as they don't have number
Shivam sir. There is no registration number for tri cycle, how can you show Part B in Eway bill.
