Goods sold by us are delivered to our buyers via vehicles hired by us to deliver the consignment. So there is no transporters name or GSTIN or Transporters ID. So how is the EWB to be generated.

then no need no fill gstin number and mention as km or transporter ya driver name or mention vehicle number also and then submit

Yes without transporters id, you can generate E-way bill by vehicle number.
