Details of e-way bills for intra state supply in Delhi.

If movement of goods via Motorized & goods value 50k , E-way is mandatory (in both Interstate & intra-state)
and km based of e-way bill rules in Delhi
With in Delhi (within state) :
if you are sending your goods to tranporter place upto 50 km, for further delivery , the E-way is not required , you have fill the A part only of e-way & can send to Transporter place
if you are sending your goods to tranporter place upto 50 km, for further delivery , the E-way is not required , you have fill the A part only of e-way & can send to Transporter place
as per knowledge,in case of Delhi, no way bill is required for intra state movement. is it correct?
I also think that E-way bill is not started for inter-state supplies in delhi.
