E-way bill is required if the invoice value is more than 50,000 (inter-state movement). For intra-statement movement, applicability of E-way has to be verified based on each state. However, once the state notifies that E-way is applicable for intra-state, the value will remain same i.e. more than 50,000 e-way bill is required.
