E way bill

Hi all

My client has received money of Rs 100000 in bank account through one rtgs. he has issue sale bill for that.

can he avoid the e way bill by raising the three bill of less than 50000 instead of one bill if the goods supplied are at three times in a day?

please note that he got 100000 in one rtgs
