can two companies dealing in same product send goods say for 45000/& 49000 incl tax to same party in same vehicle

sale invoice is below 50000 each so no need to generate e way bill but its advisable to generate e way bill to avoid dispute at the time of checking..
Yes ,.. e-way bill has to be generate As on inspection the authority can ask the dealer that to avoiding e-way bill he has raise 2 invoices, so don't get into any litigation , do generate the e-way bill in such condition
