E-Way required for all supplies except the notified goods under E-Way Bill list of goods...

No ewaybill is required for exempted goods except DOC

Any notification for no E.way bill not  requier  for exemped goods  otherwise I think no E. way bill is requried as per list in  rule 138 sub rule 14-A
