Dear Expert
please guide me about :
material send for job work value rs.36000.00 from faridabad to rohtak passing delhi, in this case e way bill requirement or not and value for e way bill is only value or inclusive of gst.

Yes in case goods send to another state for job work,  eway is madatory irrespective of invoice value

Yes, E way bill mandatory.

Value includes GST.

Yes... E-Way bill is Mandatory and Value calculated including GST in E-Way Bill...

As per my view and advisable
Prepare E-Way bill it's better for transportation and Safety.

Even if the value of consignment is less then 50k in case of principal to jobworker (interstate) the eway is mandatiry , as ler notification 12 /2018

dear Mr.pankaj in my case transaction is intra state I.e. faridabad and rohtak in haryana only passing delhi then e way bill is required or not.
