Section 68 of the Goods and Services Tax Act mandates that the Government may require the person in charge of a conveyance carrying any consignment of goods of value exceeding 50,000 as may be specified to carry with him such documents and such devices as may be prescribed. Here 3 invoices are consigned together so you should make e way bill for your all invoices.

U are right , but as new notification 12 no Eway is require if in one conveyance the all the different invoices consignment amount exceed 50000/- when it is Deliver INTRASTATE, & the Eway bill will be made only for the consignment exceed 50000/- in that conveyance.

Yes in case of INTERSTATE , it's mandatory to generate Eway bill for each such invoices in one conveyance the conginement value exceed to 50000/-

but if it is within 10 km of distance eway bill mot mandatory even if interstate
