YES, APPLICABLE FROM 01-04-2018 AND FOR INTER-STATE
for intra state you need to look for your state notification

YES, AGREED !! HOWEVER IF DISTANCE IS LESS THAN 10 KMS THEN NO NEED OF E-WAY BILL
