if I sale in other state below 49000
what about e way Bill will I have to remove e way bill

no need to generate eway bill if consignment amount is below 50000/-

@ pankaj sir my query is about is it necessary to generate e way Bill if supply of goods is below 50000 for other state sale

No hitesh ji no need to generate Eway bill if Consignment amount is less then 50000/-

NOTE : If job worker supply interstate, the consignment value more then Rs. 1 ( Rupees one only) EWAY Bill is compulsory
