if a seller is selling some goods one bill is for Rs 45000 and one bill is for Rs 6000 so total amount of Bill by a single buyer exceeds 50000 in that case E-Way Bill is to be generated or not and if generated then it is to be made by seller or buyer.

E-Way Bill required above said way. He can generate consolidated E-Way Bill...

Priority for Preparing E-Way Bill for Transactions...
1. Seller.... or
2. Buyer.... or
3. Transporter....

sir @ Raja pm actually what is the need of consolidated E-Way Bill because in that it want e-Way bill no. so first we have generate E-Way Bill then consolidated e-Way bill and the goods are transported to same place.
