E WAY IS MANDATORY IF
- IF GOODS MOVE FROM THE PREMISES
- CONSIGNMENT VALUE IS RS 50,000 OR MORE , AND
- ISSUED BY EVERY REGISTERED SUPPLIER OR TO EVEREY REGISTERED CUSTMERS
