How to get back our Machinery from Port Blair to our principle place in Telangana.

After E-Way bill you ll be move it on E-Way bill process. Now, It's to normal process......

I am sorry not get your answer
we are not registered in port Blair and getting material to Telangana. This is not for sale getting back after completion of job.

if you are not ragistared in gst then you can't purchase or job role from other state there are COMPLASARY registration for inter state business
after completion of work you will issue an invoice to PARTY
first you can't issue invoice to PARTY. because you have not gst no. and not sale with out gst no. other state

Not important if you are registered Port Blair. If you are registered in telangana then you can receive the machinery.

But, Main condtion the contractor (Job worker) under registered is mandatory.........

Thank you for the clarification but little correction the Machinery is sending from Port blaie to Telangana is not for sale it is our Machinery getting back after completion of the works at site.

I know it's not sale/purchase.
How you get the same in previous Tax regime...?
Follow the same way now...
After E-Way bill you ll be moving via E-Way bill.....

In previous tax regime registration is not required in Union Territory.

Now GST registration is mandatory. We have completed our project work by end of June,17 at Port Blair. Now we have to get back our Machinery. Please explain me the solution .

Just you have received the Job worker invoice and Transportation proces. No other option. But, The deliver from Port Blair. So, the contractor ll be send it from Port Blair to Telangana...
