who will generate e way bill, buyer or seller?? or both are involved in e way bill generation ??

Generally Seller. If he is unregistered then buyer. It both are unregistered then transporter will generate e-way bill

I think still E way bill as not yet notified by government !! E way bill is compulsory for any interest state sale if goods worth more than 50k

ok mam !!but I think the limit for e way bill for goods thy have made in case 5k in case of UP if I am not wrong !!

no its also applicable with in state if bill above 50k

but I heard that buyer is required to generate way bill no. and pass it to seller. thn seller will generate e way bill with buyer's way bill no.
