for e -way bill if tax payment liability is on supplier then supplier, or if attracts RCM then Recipient

@ preeti mam, please just little bit more explaination. I am having problem in understanding as everywhere they have used the word "registered person and recipient" separately, which is making me to assume that every time they are referring to a supplier they have used the word "registered person" and for referring to recipient they have specifically mentioned the word "recipient" . Please just explain a little bit more on this .
