If You have mentioned in Bill than required to show in E-Way Bill
Beacuase at the time Reconcilation of purchase of Purchaser
He can reconciled easily
Yes any charges like , packing insurance, freight & others all are includes in bill are taxable as per noti. 12/2017 : consignment valuation is as per secrion 15 cgst act
