You may try using EVC from Bank account validation or net banking
Pan can be linked with adhar thru nsdl website.
Query is about e verification
You can e verify either through Bank EVC or demate account. If both of them not possible then send signed copy of ITR-V to Bangalore.

But queriest didn't ask about linking aadhar with PAN
It's imperative to visit nsdl and pan and link both
But the queries issue was not linking of PAN & Aadhar which results in non verification.
I firstly replied on the way to e-verify return and thereafter the method of linking aadhar pan so that in future he wouldn't face the same issue again.
